Welcome to Burrow's Gifts. By placing an order or creating an account with us, you agree to the following terms.

Products

Our products include a mix of handcrafted items and carefully curated exclusive pieces sourced from trusted makers and suppliers. Whether handcrafted or curated, every item is chosen or made to reflect the Burrow's Gifts standard of quality. Slight variations in appearance (color, design, size) may occur between product photos and the item you receive.

Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase via our secure Razorpay checkout. Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully received.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Bangalore. Estimated delivery time is 4–5 business days from order confirmation. While we make every effort to deliver within this window, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, or before preparation has begun, whichever is earlier. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and curated nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery with photos, and we will assess the issue for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Limitation of Liability

Burrow's Gifts is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
